Welcome to my frequently asked questions page. I wanted to save you folks a little time if you have a question. Feel free to contact me if your answer isn't here!

If i place a custom order, how long will it take to get it?

If I have any custom orders before yours, you will have to wait your turn.. but I will try to do it as quickly as possible. If you do place a custom order, I will give you a quote as to how long it will take me. I can usually finish an order in 2 days.

If I order a premade item, how long will it take to get it?

As soon as your payment clears, I will send it within 72 hours. I ship USPS Priority. Which means you will get it in about 2-3 business days. Shipping is only $5 flat per item, $2 for additional items. Price includes tracking number.

Can I change a premade order to the way I want it?

You can request a length change. Also, you can request another applique or pocket on it as well.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept and prefer PayPal. I also accept money orders. Item will be shipped as soon as payment is received.

How do I place a custom order?

You can go to my custom ordering page, or just contact me and let me know what you'd like. I will contact you within 24 hours after receiving your email to discuss exactly what you'd like. Also, to give you a quote on price and how much time it will take me.

What is a custom order?

A custom order is an idea you came up with yourself. For example, you want a skirt with a Grateful Dead bear on it, but you don't like the colors that I have available. Or you prefer a different style. Anything you can dream of, I can create.

Do you accept returns?

I only accept returns if there was a mistake on my part. I try to be as detailed and accurate with my sewing as possible, but I am only human. If I do make a mistake, I will refund your money as soon as I receive the item back, minus shipping both ways. I do not accept returns for items that don't fit. Please measure yourself accurately when purchasing an item! No Exceptions!
